Loyal staff, and delightful food!!!
It was very clean, with fantastic stuff and amenities. The restaurant was located within 400 metres...

it's fantastic base for visiting some must see attractions in punta prima. we took a twin room and it had a mini-bar, central heating and a tv set. do recommend this place and would like to go back here again.

Restaurante Aire is just a walk down to the hotel. The room was very clean.

First time in Menorca and first time in over 30 years we have gone "all inclusive." From the little we have seen of the island we were all imressed by the cleanliness of the towns and beaches. The locals are obviously proud of their island. I can not fault the hotel in any way and can't wait to go back again. Room was spacious, clean and with quiet a/c as opposed to the rattling noise in some hotels. The beds were hard but I prefer that to soft and lumpy. Five pools spaced out so that if the misic is too loud you can go to another pool for peace and quiet. Food was amazing! Great choice and hot. I got to try some food that I'd never had before and loved it. Staff were professional and very friendly (special thanks to Venessa on reception who worked very hard on the phone to help me get back my video recorder that I had left on the Easyjet plane.) Didn't make use of the spa but it looked very nice. Used the fitness room...basic but functional (maybe put in some free weights as well?) Animacion staff were really good. Far better than any Ive seen before. Very talented andthe shows were well thought out and entertaining (and I'm hard to please.) I'd give it 10 stars if it were possible. Thanks to everyone and we will be back for longer next time.

It's a modern hotel, with all of the commodities that we can expect from a 4* hotel. The rooms are pleasant and clean.

Quite a lot of fun for children
I first met the hotel where you pay a deposit for towels, and if you need to change them on the net it will cost 1,5 e for use as a safe have to pay 2.6 per day You can wake up pretty early on that balcony in front of your grass cut, which is quite noisy The rooms are not cleaned very well. If you want to feel a three-star hotel somewhere in Antalya (Turkey), then you at the Barcelo! Brg

Breakfast was great!
It was very loud outside the pools.

The room was comfortable and connected with my daughter's room. The furniture and the arrangement of it was just what we needed. The room was clean.
We did not like having to pay for parking.

Loved the kids pools - and how relaxed it was. Lots for the 3 year old to do. Food was good, tasty and fresh - good choice.
The check in process was rubbish - I had to wait for 20 minutes, then the porter was on his break so I had to take my own bags up to the room, which traveling alone with a 3 year old was not easy. I then had to switch rooms as we had requested one with a bath and they hadn't allocated that to us, and again had to take the bags with me from one end of the hotel to the other. It was a very bad start, but then everything else was really good after that....

A very modern and well maintained hotel and facilities. Three main pools to choose from - as we stayed here out of season non of them were crowded. There are plenty of sun beds around - but all very close to each other. The Hotel offers a wide variety of sporting activities and facilities to choose, some free of charge. Only a few meters walk from the Hotel you'll find the sandy beach, which again wasn't overcrowded at this time a year and the sea was very inviting for a swim. Punta Prima is a quiet little village with a few restaurants, small shops and car rentals consider - there is a very good bus service to Mahon, which only takes 25 min and from here you can go to any corner of the island by bus. We recommend a visit to Cuitadella a very charming town and very different from Mahon. All together we had a very relaxing, sunny holiday at this time a year.
The bed were extremely hard and not very comfortable and the fact that the beds stood on rolls and moved every time you turned around didn't make it any more pleasant. I can also confirm the flooding of the bathroom. The food was ok (half board) but did get a little boring after a few days and the selection got smaller by the day. If you close to eat outside, be prepared to be hassled by flies and wasps. I wouldn't have mentioned anything about the drink prices but the fact that on the price list it states a price for a 0,5l beer and you really only getting your beer served in 0,4l plastic cups, which wasn't even always filled to the mark, really made me feel ripped off!
